We're a Lutron shop that also does the electrical. Most electricians treat lighting like a device swap. Most integrators treat the panel like someone else's problem. We design the lighting, pull the wire, set the panel, and write the scenes, which is why the house works the night you move in.

Six layers, one design.

Service, gateway, storage, smart panel, network, control. Most homes get these from five companies over five years, and the seams are where everything breaks. We build all six, in order, with one crew, from the meter to the app. Nothing subbed out.

  1. Service and meter

    200 or 400 amp, Square D

    Everything downstream is limited by what the service can carry, so this is the first conversation. Sized against a load calculation that counts the battery, the chargers, and the things you'll add in year five.

  2. Gateway

    Tesla Backup Gateway

    The switch between your house and the utility. It watches the grid, isolates the house the moment the grid drops, and meters the whole site while the power is on.

  3. Storage and solar

    Tesla Powerwall 3

    13.5 kWh per unit with the solar inverter built in, so panels land on the battery instead of a second box on the wall. Stacked when the load study says so.

  4. Smart panel

    SPAN

    Every circuit metered and controlled. You choose what rides through an outage and change your mind later from your phone.

  5. Network

    UniFi, cameras recorded locally

    Racked, labeled, terminated, and tested. Footage stays on a drive in your house, with no monthly fee. Access points wired back rather than meshed.

  6. Control

    Lutron, Control4, Josh.ai

    Lutron carries the lighting and shades. Control4 ties the rest together and Josh.ai handles plain language. Programmed by the people who pulled the wire.

Five phases, every time.

Design is a real phase with real drawings. That is where the money gets saved.

  1. Walkthrough

    We walk the house with you and your builder. Custom homes often have no electrical plan, so the scope comes from the walls and from how you actually live.

  2. Design

    Lighting plan, keypad and engraving schedule, panel schedule, load calcs, and backup priorities. Real drawings and a line-item quote before anything gets ordered.

  3. Rough-in

    Boxes, conduit, and home runs in before insulation, with spare conduit to the panel and attic so the next upgrade isn't destructive.

  4. Trim and set

    Devices, fixtures, keypads, panel, battery, and rack installed and labeled, with patch and paint coordinated on retrofits.

  5. Commissioning

    Scenes tuned after dark, backup proven by pulling the main, and an hour with you at the keypad before we leave.
